As well as being a Drupal fanboi, Matt's interests are in the areas of information architecture and user experience design.

Wanted: Experienced Web Designers
We are looking for some permanent additions to our ninja-kicking team of website designers.
We do a lot of maintenance of existing Drupal websites; customisation of Drupal websites; Drupal module plugin integration; Drupal integration into existing websites; Drupal website development; custom template design; and Drupal theming. So, it goes without saying that if you are an experienced Drupal user, you will stand a great chance.
All the usual designer pre-requisites apply, like the ability to write bulletproof CSS and XHTML, drink lots of tea, and come up with creative solutions (both crazy and clever).
